I was a previous student and employee at walden university. First, it's a call center focused on numbers and stats. Dials dials dials!!! You will get the best customer service from an enrollment advisor after that good luck. The curriculum is a joke, you read and teach yourself. About 80% of enrollment advisors are completely incompetent and know absolutely nothing on the programs they offer. They're given information and every job opportunity is some type of director. However, every online school will be like this. How they come up with tuition rates is out of my league, but there is no reason the rates should be as high as they are since they pay like crap and have no expenses. Oh I'm sorry, they do have an expense, a call center automated dialer. Don't make the mistake I did by attending walden, but with the employee discount they offered, at least I didn't lose out. If online is your only option Capella is your best bet. |
