what you are told about the school and what you experience are completely different things. the instructors are close minded and it is very difficult to have an opinion. there are many students from out of state, mainly for athletics. in all honesty, unless you're playing a sport, what are you doing here? it's a dumbed down school for athletes. it's easy to get in, their honors program is a joke, their majors are too broad and you can't really concentrate within your major. the courses are major specific, which makes it difficult to switch majors and transfer credit to other schools. if you don't have a car, good luck surviving. it's almost impossible to do anything. i've received raw chicken twice and vegetables with plastic still attached in the dining halls. the boys floors on Memorial smell terrible, and RTC is basically the projects of Coker. the halls are falling apart and it's disgusting coated with a musty oder. Would not recommend going here at all.
