College is what you make it. When visiting a school, make sure to talk to students that have high GPAs, are successful, and take their studies seriously. Those are the people that are taking advantage of all the opportunities that the university has to offer. The College of Business Administration (COBA) is accredited and professors are extremely helpful. As long as you show them you are serious about your studies, they will do everything in their power to help you. You must work hard to see positive results, things will not be given to you. COBA has a few strong professors that you may hate at first but will appreciate later. To name a few, Mr. Brown and Ms. Bradford. If you read the reviews on ratemyprofessor.com, you will scared to sign up for the classes but I believe people are afraid of them because they are afraid of a challenge. Make your own judgments and do not follow what the reviews on the internet say. Yes, there are a lot of things that can be improved in this university but you could be the person to bring about the change we need. Be open minded and be willing to grow. That is what college is all about. |
