This is truly an "average" school. That is not a bad thing. you will be challenged, but it won't be all that hard compared to higher end schools. Don't count on any support from them once you graduate. They are very nice people and God bless them for that. All I mean by "don't count on them", is they are poorly trained, do not live in reality, keep to the cocoon of their campus, try real hard, but lack in knowledge and real life experience. If you are looking for a four-year degree from an accredited school and that is is it, you have found it. But, if you are looking for a career building, academically challenging, real life preparing experience that gives you something to feel proud of when you go into the real world, do not go to Centenary College of Louisiana. They have no reputation . . . not bad, not good . . . simply NO reputation more than a few city blocks away in radius from the campus. Very few people in Shreveport, LA, much less the academic world or world of real jobs has ever heard of the school and that is very VERY frustrating. Thankfully they are at least accredited when a potential employer does a validation.
