A waste of 2.5 years of my life. The CIS program is a joke. Java, Visual Basic, Website programming, these things are useless if you do not master them. Networking classes taught me nothing about actually connecting one computer to another. E-commerce was a fancy title for a class teaching you how to use Facebook and YouTube. As far as the social side, unless you live in Greenfield, it doesn't exist. When you have an hour commute followed by 6 hours of classes you dont really feel like hanging out on campus.So if you've got 2-3 years and $22,000 to throw away on a piece of paper that no one cares about. Go for it. |
