Positives: Tuition is pretty decently priced compared to lots of other colleges. Most students are friendly. I've made lots of friends at DSU.Negatives: Staff is very hard to work with. If you have a concern about a grade, they argue with you about it instead of trying to come up to a solution to the problem. They ALWAYS think they're right. They make you take extra classes that are not required for your major. It's all about the money. If they can make a few extra dollars, they will do anything they can to get extra money out of you. So if you go to this college make sure you read the DSU student handbook and be familiar with the requirements for gradation in your major. DSU gives out scholarships, but in very low amounts, for example if applying for a scholarship, you might get $250-$500 if you're lucky. |
