San Diego State University is the best California state university. Campus life has a lot to offer and SDSU is not a commuter school. If you're aiming for a career in accounting then definitely go here so you can be like me! Seriously though school is pretty great. 5 Star weather, student union, basketball team, school spirit, people, San Diego location, greeklife, gaslamp in downtown, upward momentum, wonderful people, and great modern/Spanish/Cali style architecture. It is a big school with big school benefits, some people are afraid of the crowd, but honestly being in a big school has way more positives than negatives. Nothing is overwhelming at all; kind of like how LA is daunting urban sprawl, San Diego feels much more decentralized. SDSU also feels that way. It is hard to explain when all you see are the numbers like 77,000+ applicants and about 33,000 students. I never felt like "just a number" or whatever people are afraid of. It is actually really exciting to attend such a large university. |
