The school will tell you that chiropractic is a great career. You will spend over $100,000 to get the DC degree and the vast majority of students will fail in practice and a large percentage of the rest will struggle. Go online to your state's Board of Chiropractic Examiners website and look to see how many people have given up their license. Why would they give up their license if this was a good field? According to the Department of Education 50% of ALL defaults on student loans from the medical profession are from chiropractors. That is as much as all the other medical field professions COMBINED. The field is for used car salesmen who want the title of doctor. Practice management gurus will have you memorize scripts to talk to patients and hard sell them into care. Go to a real med school or osteopathic school instead. Don't waste your life in chiropractic. Google Chirotalk and see what others have to say. |
