SMC has so far have been one of the best decisions I have ever made. It is like a second home and it's a very peaceful environment. The professors are very friendly and approachable and they want to see you succeed. They are always available during their office hours. If you put in the work and the effort professors will guide you to possible future internships and volunteer opportunities. They are always looking for students to do research with them during the summer of Junior year. The classes can be challenging but they are super doable if you know how to manage your time. Many study abroad opportunities and internship opportunities. There are different types of students here ranging from really liberal to really conservative. Snooty to really kind. Rich, middle class, and lower class. Most students are from Michigan and Indiana. The social life sucks at SMC but there is always Notre Dame across the street. Football games are really fun to get to meet people and get access to the parties. |
