Statistical Analyzer:

I transferred to Bentley and it was a very smooth transition. Almost all of my credits were accepted and I received a lot of financial aid despite applying late. There is no doubt this is a business school as you will see many students wearing formal clothing everyday to attend various events and career fairs on campus. The top accounting corporations come to campus almost regularly and meet with students who are interested in a particular field of study. Be ready to work hard as the exams are difficult, which is why Bentley is ranked as one of the top business schools. Some of the questions are similar to the ones given on the CPA exams so there is no doubt you are getting your money's worth here. In my study of accountancy so far, I have more bad professors than good ones. But, there is a general consensus that you need to teach yourself the materials outside of class as some professors do not teach despite their wealth of knowledge and experience. There are plenty of foods to choose from on campus if the food from the dining hall is not satisfying. The campus is very safe at night as I never felt the need to call the campus police at night coming back from the library. There is a free shuttle service from school to Cambridge, which is nice when needing a break from studying. Finals week is hectic and you will see majority of the student body in the library well past midnight (open 24/7 during finals). The student body is very diverse and you will fit in eventually if you are open-minded. Overall, this is a great school if you are interested in studying business.
