The quality of education at Millsaps is well above average. You can ask just about anyone that attended, and they'll say the same. The campus is also very liberal and diverse in some sense, but there is still some sort of separation with minorities. Campus involvement depends on the individual. You really have to get involved on your own or else you'll find yourself feeling "alone" at Millsaps. Most of the students are quite friendly once you get to know them, but I will say that getting to know them is the hard part. If a group of students already has their own "clique," then consider it a challenge to become a mutual part of that group. The professors here are great! Always willing to go the extra mile to help their students succeed. Very small campus and not super strict. I enjoyed my time there for the most part. |
