I loved attending bastyr . Socially it was great , and I loved the cooking classes. Academically I believed that it could be rigorous for what we payed. I have so much debt but in reality could have studied at UW for much cheaper, and still had a similar education because nutrition science is the same wherever you study it. Pros of the undergrad program: I came out with strong counseling, cooking, nutrition science - more so than maybe students in my east coast DI.Cons - expensive, not intellectually stimulating enough. If you can, take as many courses from teachers with their PhDs. I felt like I got so much from those teachers. |
