Financial Aid never answers the phone and is very slow in posting your financial aide info. They may email you back in a week or two. Housing is a joke. They only have three new dorms and the rest are run down with roaches, broken window screens, etc. The Trustees are hard on the new female president whom we students like. They need to concentrate on getting the offices to return student calls instead of staying in the news every week bickering.
