This school is much better than before. Major renovations of the school have been done, replacing study areas with new furniture, more saftey precautions, and much more. They are rebuilding a large building to house programs that have grown. I recently noticed that a bathroom that was not wheelchair assessable previously was made so. The school is also buliding a stadium for what I believe is baseball, lacrosse, football, and soccer. Certainly will up the fun on campus. Should be done soon. Regarding the city campus in wintery oasis of Buffalo, Yes. It does get cold, but most buildings are linked or very close. As to crime, I have seen less and less people hanging out on the streets, probably due to the more upscale middle class development going on through the whole city. Also, they offer HCOP, HEOP, and have a great "disability" office. If your into volunteer work, they always have stuff to do. Almost everyone gets a scholarship, and first time freshman get work study. Take a visit. P.S. we at Dyc see the president of the college AT places. Not just in the office or meetings or 3 times a year. |
