I have never in my life been treated so horribly by the staff of a college as I have by the staff at this pathetic institution. The staff is so incompetent that I find myself having to explain to THEM the school's policies and procedures as stated in THEIR school catalog. The admissions office is so clueless on how to do their "job" that I had to have 6 transcripts sent to them, go to their office about 5 different times, and show the woman how to transfer in my classes. If you take and pass a course at another college, even if it is a more prestigious college than STC with Baccalaureate programs, you will still have to take competency exams to prove that you are competent in those areas, which I find hilarious since they are the most incompetent human beings I've ever had the misfortune to encounter in my life. You will also not be informed of said competency exams until they have already told you that you had graduated. If you ever need assistance from the brain dead staff, you normally have to hunt them down by searching various offices around campus to see which office they have decided to pile up in to gossip and chat with each other. Save your money and go to a school that will not leave you stressed and physically sick. I wish I had known how horrible this place before coming here, this has honestly been the worst experience of my life. |
