There are pro's and con's to this university, just like any other school you could attend. Depending on your program, you will be happier with your education here. The sciences are highly regarded along with the School of Business, if you are in Liberal Arts forget about it. The school accepts about anyone, and that will definitely make your classes crowded and the faculty to student ratio suffers because of it. The new 15 credit policy they implemented recently screws everyone over. You do not receive complete financial aide if you take any fewer than 15 credits, yet 12 is considered full time. Another way the university milks money out of it's students. Warning, GREEK LIKE IS EVERYWHERE. It is huge and greeks are very pretentious at this school. If you are looking for academics do not go here. If you are looking for a beautiful campus, great greek like and for a party, this is your place to be. |
