School did not offer a graduate position, they gave it to student who went there as an undergrad, had un-fair advantage. I re-applied to grad assistantship it was clear that the department did not even read application. Individuals who had those grad assistantships were hired at full time positions very quickly after graduation. Wanting to work in a Division 1 level there was not experience gained that would allow for that. There was no certification after degree was earned. |
