It is all about the money. Financial aid won't cover what you need it to cover. EVERYONE in EVERY department gives you the runaround. You no longer matter once the money is paid. My admissions advisor hasn't spoken to me once since I called him to ask if my application was received to which he replied that I had already been accepted. Student housing is far overpriced, as far as $300 more than the other university students (who have entirely different rules) who also live in the building. You are penalized for moving out with extreme charges and the RLC is useless. It's a joke that an art school doesn't look at portfolios, and the student body is almost entirely incompetent. Many of the instructors are garbage and are only around because they are either part-time for have 10year. There are a few diamonds, but you only receive them when you're in your last few quarters. If you have them any sooner, they don't teach the proper basics to be successful. If I could go back I would never come here, NEVER look at this school again. I would still pursue graphic design, but never would I ever come back here. The only reason I stayed is I'm so close to graduation.DON'T COME HERE, please, save yourself from this. |
