Statistical Analyzer:

I went to UCMO on the GI Bill. I already have a B.S. and an M.A.. I thought their Crisis and Disaster Management Certificate would be a nice add to my resume. Busted my tail for three weeks in the course, before I had any grades from the instructor (Jeff). When I received my grades for Week 1, I had "sticker shock". Although I did everything according to instructions, I received the following grades: 1. My Biography = F, 2. My first class submission = D. No comments on either from the instructor. Emailed the instructor with no reply. Called his boss (Bryant). She made every excuse under the sun for him: 1. He's on travel; 2. He's had internet problems; 3. He auditing another course. She offers to "fix" my grades. I withdrew the same day. I have since contacted the administration. They have promised to do nothing, even though they acknowledge the misdeeds.
