Wanted to take two classes there that would be required in my degree but the administrative office and their staff are so incompetent in doing their jobs, they were not able to help me register. It took me over 3 1/2 months to register for these classes because the employees and the work study students were not doing their jobs. From what I saw, the work study students were to busy to work because they are allowed to use their phones to text, taking selfy, and any thing else they want to do without being supervised. I had a school employee make a derogatory remake about my age and then belittle me. The school did nothing to this employee. Next the school said I have never had any higher education in the English studies and when I protested that and showed them on my transcripts that I had taken college English and passed that class and that I had also taken English 102 at CSU-Pueblo last year and passed that class, the staff said they still could not locate those classes even though I was showing them to them. It took an Act-of-Congress and three and one half months to finally get into the other class I needed because of the same issue. The school said I have never taken higher level math even when my transcripts showed them I have taken and passed college level Algebra. CSU-P does not even offer my major and I just need to take these two classes then transfer these credit to another school to finish up my degree. |
