Although there is not much to do in Boiling Springs, there are towns and cities within 15-30 minute drives. Asheville and Charlotte are also only an hour away and are fun to go visit on the weekend! It is all about how you make it. If you decide to sit and do nothing and wait for excitement to come to you, you will be bored and unhappy. If you go out and make the most out of the opportunities GWU gives you, you will grow a lot. The faculty is extremely supportive and always willing to help, especially in the School of Preventive and Rehabilitative Sciences. They will challenge you to get better and become successful. Overall, it is a good school just be prepared to be proactive in making it a good experience for yourself and making the most of it!
