Speaking specifically about the UMass Lowell engineering education after many years of experience since graduating, I can say that UMass Lowell engineering graduates are extremely qualified and prepared to make significant contributions to their chosen fields. I have worked along side (and have supervised) engineers from many other engineering schools. In my experience, UMass Lowell graduates are consistently as prepared (and often better prepared) than graduates from other highly regarded engineering school/programs. Because I attended the school several years ago, I cannot speak directly to anything regarding campus life, but my understanding is that the campus has improved dramatically over the last 10 years. |
