I earned at PhD at Capella in three and a half years and had a great experience. I am confident I was educated on a level with traditional, brick-and-mortar programs, maybe higher. I base this opinion on my experience earning a bachelor's and two master's at well-respected traditional schools. Capella does not spoon feed its students. You must be highly motivated, disciplined, and willing to work. You must come into the doctorate program knowing how to write at the graduate level and how to apply yourself to learning. You must be proactive with your dissertation and communicate well with your advisor and mentor. If you take responsibility for your own education, you can easily succeed at Capella. |
