If you can get into a different school, my best advise is go there. I believe for a student to succeed, you have to be at a school where you are happy with good professors, and a good department where they will assist you with your needs. The economics department is not good, and I will advice any student considering to come here to please do your research and apply at other schools before you decide coming here. Getting a degree doesn't mean anything, especially if you're getting it from a school that is not so good. I wish I knew before i came here, I would not have wasted my money coming here. I wouldn't want anyone to experience what i experienced. If you want a good state school with good advisors, and a good economics department, especially around ohio these schools are way better: Ohio state University, University of Cincinnati, Cleveland state university, Ohio University and Kent state university. Even bowling green university and Miami university are better. I didn't fit in well at the school at all. Most of the students are commuters and there is not much of student life. Please please I advise you not to come here. Just because you got accepted, it doesn't mean anything. Its important to get a good education at a good accredited school. Some professors will even fail you even you passed the class if they don't like you or don't think maybe you're good enough. I have experienced that with one professor. Save that money and spend it on a good education. Don't come here.
