The university itself is great if we didn't have to deal with FINANCIAL AID!!!! They are the WORST people on this campus. They lie to us and NEVER answer the phone. One day I sat in the financial aid office and no one was in line so I sat in the desk in the lobby and called to see what they do when people call. The phone rang she looked at it and continued talking to naktjer employee. I called again she did the exact same thing. It's now October and my refund still isn't here. She has told me to come back Friday try next friday. Still no refund. I am definitely leaving this school Spring 2017. Grambling State University, Grambling, LA
