This is simply an "okay " school. I agree with the comment on fees. This school is "fee happy." The campus security is an unnecessary expense. CVTC is in the heart of the city and the police are there in no time, plus the security can't do much anyway. If there is an actual issue they have to notify the police. They are only there so this greedy school can collect parking tickets. The teachers are decent but not always the friendliest a1nd I think they treat students different based on ability as well. I transferred out to NWTC in Green Bay and I would say if you compare the two-this college earns an "F." NWTC in green bay is actually student friendly with legitimate online courses and many classes that run consecutive on a daily basis. You can take A&P in the morning, another class during the day and Chemistry in the afternoon. All in one day instead of scattered all over the week like this school does. People need to work, and this school is more interested in taking your money instead of finding a way to make education convenient for students. All in all I probably wouldn't waste my time if I had it to do over gain. They have great gains to make to be a truly student friendly school. |
