I graduated from the online RN to BSN program. The program was of minimal value in enhancing my knowledge of nursing. It consisted mostly of online discussion forums which were of no significant value, two completely self-arranged clinicals of 80 hours each, and a volunteer experience. The program is poorly managed and communication is minimal. It is easy to miss deadlines for registration, grades, etc., because the advisors don't communicate in a way that makes it clear when things must be completed. In addition, the tuition is high for what you get. On the plus sid, it is easy to get A's. But what do,they mean when you have acquired no meaningful knowledge?
