I hope this is truly the best piece of advice you get. Whatever you do, do not go into Cumberlands nursing school program. Especially the accelerated BSN. They do not care about you. It is unorganized. They do not care about you or your well-being. The dean of nursing is a grumpy old lady who hates the world. You are wasting your money. They make you pay loads of money and truly offer no real assistant or guidance. There are a few amazing professors I had along the way, but the terrible ones made my life miserable. They were all over the place and didn't teach anything actually related to their exams. The facilities are disgusting and old. Not to mention, that your classes will be in the same facility as a psychiatric mental hospofal that someone took their own life in. It is not a welcoming environment and actually pretty terrifying. Save your money. Go to Tsu or Union or even MTSU. But please, for your own sanity and we'll-being, do NOT go to Cumberland. |
