First off, this University is a good school to go to community wise. It's small, everyone pretty much knows everyone. Everyone is friendly. Your professors do usually help you out when it's needed or give you advice or resources that can help you.

Cons: it's expensive so before you choose a private university, look elsewhere. SERIOUSLY!

Another con is that they kind of trick you in a way. They suck you in and then before you know it, they screw you. I was majoring in Social Work. I decided that I needed to switch to online because I couldn't continue to pay for the fees of being on campus. I talked to several people about doing online. I was sent to someone who could help me transition to online. We got everything set up, my schedule around and everything. A couple weeks before I was to start my online classes, I got a call saying they weren't going to allow me to do online. The reason was because one of my professors/advisor wanted me to stay in the classroom and not do online. So they refused to let me do online. At this time, it was too late for me to get into another University. They waited too long to tell me that I couldn't do online when they had plenty of time to let me know before it was too late to get into another school but didn't. Also because it was too late for me to get into another college, I lost my scholarship which was basically paying for everything for me to continue school. Since I lost that scholarship, I have no way to continue my education. So thanks to Huntington University I have half a degree not finished and I'm in a lot of debt that I can't pay.
