Any student who intends to apply to Maryville College should be aware President Tom Bogart sexually battered me when I was a professor at York College of Pennsylvania and he was dean of Academic Affairs. He followed me into my office, knelt in front of my chair, touched my crotch and attempted to unzip my pants. He is being sued for 10 million dollars—Maryville College and York College of Pennsylvania are named in this suit. Maryville College and York College of Pennsylvania are being named in my forthcoming article in the The Chronicle of Higher Education about this lawsuit and my treatment by Dean Bogart and his homosexual lover Dr. Dennis M.
