This college gave the message clear they care only if your religious (christian, catholic, mormon, etc-), rich foreign born whose parents pay for everything, or in that case other rich students whose parents pay for everything,non-us citizens, or babying other political correctness causes. Two teachers in the WGS department were basically rude to me by putting their burden on me, literally setting me up and sabotaging me as well (both put me with evil crap people who never did any of the work but took all the credit, spoiled one of the others just because it fit the minority type the teacher liked, that teacher had white guilt, and when i spoke up about a black guy treating me like shit who used to work there, an abuser, my voice got invalidated since it didn't fit the political correctness agenda. The other teacher was of the same ethnicity, isn't surprised since my own have been evil toward me for no reason, plus ideological politics i don't care for. Also, the religious catholic people are rude, many patronizing me and treating me like crap because I didn't give into religious crap. They don't care about local people who aren't married rich, or have wealth. The dean of honors and the political science professor (who thinks he all that) who knew my abuser literally didn't choose me because of a teacher (the same one who used me as a patsy for the other 2 craps that never di the work and were pathological liars )telling them so, and the fact he knew my abuser, and knew how much something meant to me for 2 freaking years, they all lied and sabotaged me, giving me excuses but choosing others who looked like me and last minute if that wasn't a f-you to me. On top of all that, they never told the truth which I just described above and never felt bad or any guilt for not helping. All those 4 teachers who sabotaged me on a fully funded trip make $300,000-$400,000 combine and yet not one made up for it in a ticket, accommodations, nothing, but if I fit the agenda stereotype they wanted then I would have gotten it. I was treated like crap form many students as well, using me, walking all over me, being cowards and not coming to me to say what others are saying, a mormon black guy was rude for no reason, a dancer who has a rich bf and already travelled got fellowships when it didn't need it, the school gives everything to people who already have everything. If your independent thinking, both sides will try to screw you over, political bs and the religious/spirituality crap. My voice was not heard, my real voice, 95% of people there backlashed me because they mistook being a good person for weakness and thinking their better. There is so much more, I will post somewhere else, I love certain classes and feel somewhat bad (they still get paid) for some teachers that do care (those are far and few between) there. If you don't fit in any box, like religion, or political correctness, or if your a citizen from MA, the school will try to phuck you over. I've become more resentful and disregard both sides of politics.
