Don't bother applying because you'll just be wasting your money. I had requested minimal special assistance because of some minor special needs and had teachers outright ignore those requests and others who went out of their way to do the exact opposite of the (again very minor) help I requested. I wasn't the only one who had this problem. One teacher refused to allow my friend to bring her service dog to class because the teacher's dog isn't properly socialized and she couldn't be bothered to leave him at home or with someone else during our class time. I also had teachers call me out for falling behind because of them ignoring my special needs requests and docking my grade and when I brought it up with administration they did nothing to help or even repremand the teachers. Don't apply. Save yourself time and money and look elsewhere. |
