The faculty and staff is incompetent, insensitive, rude, and unhelpful. The school is altogether and unorganized and rundown. They lack professionalism and can get nothing done unless you pester them or practically come to full on rage. To say the least, as an organization and University, Grambling State University is a mess and needs a completely new staff who knows how to actually run a school. I could not get an email until the day of class. They neglected to put in my financial aid because, and I quote, they "forgot to do it". I have had to correct multiple staff members on how to properly do their jobs after they were rude to me because they were unaware of their own departments policies. Not to mention no one answers the phone until you have called for the seventh time in a row, and they answer with an attitude. |
