The academic regard at North Park is very very low. This college is nothing but a below average high school. I have yet to be challenged in any of my classes. There are many inner city students that have a lack of basic reading ability which really slows every class down. The worst thing of my personal experience is the college went through my transcript and excepted 28 hours of credit, but when I was in my second year at NPU, I received notice that 10 credits would no longer be allowed toward my degree. I am so angry they did this after the fact, the admin has not level of honor…none. Basically they just lied to me. Another very poor action by the college is their poor treatment of the Vets coming to the school. The staff are not Vet friendly. Again NPU is just like a below average high school. |
