My major is in Animation and the Faculty are not helpful in most cases. The coursework is there to waste time and expects us to create masterful expert type of work with beginner skill taught. Expect to do well if you had your own experience or already talented because if not your in a less advantage to do well. Biased student to student analysis with errors in the evaluation that never get accepted by Faculty. Most Faculty in my experience try to avoid confrontations about helping the students when it came to advisement from counselors, technological problems, and teacher to student evaluation. Few of the teachers I had made us only be able to see him during appointments made and expects us to hep one another even though most students had difficulty and are not being paid like the teachers to teach/help when they are all there to learn from the teachers. Expect to teach yourself and have little to no help here. On occasion a handful of teachers can be helpful…find them. The last thing I will have to say is my major specifically if you are not blessed with the gift of having tech at your disposal and the mindset of a spoiled child where u dont have to worry about money or family problems you will have to do alot more and expect very difficult problems that most do not. Expect to have a monitor tablet and programs and more all the time even if you can not afford it. I had more sympathy and help from teachers in other programs and majors so I am reconsidering my major as of now. Go here if are prepared to be here for a while.
