At CCSF, the rule is mediocrity, not just among students, but among faculty. Faculty would sell themselves by given nice grades to his/her students so that they would have good student's evaluations. And not to speak of Chairs, because they are really corrupted in every way. Ask Mr. Piontkowski how long he has been math department; he wants to retire with a good income and no work.
