Being a student with Celiac disease, i was happy to come to a university with food options to accommodate me; The Chef at Commons named Randall, as well as the dietician named Liana ensured me that "Centro's SMPL" would be able to provide me with a safe option for gluten free food. I then spoke to a young woman serving the food, who informed me that the food was all prepared in the same kitchen where cooks were preparing dishes with gluten!! WHAT!! I now cannot eat here. Where can i eat?? My parents pushed me to come here due to the healthy and safe food options for me! What do i do now?!? |
