If you are an art student who values your educational and money, DO NOT GO TO THIS USELESS OVERPAID SCAM!!!!!! The faculty and professors are terrible and do not value your time!!!!! They only value your money! I have had a roommate who had a serious drug and alcohol issue that posed as a danger to the rest of the roommates, myself and herself, and I had brought the issues up NUMEROUSLY to the housing department and my RA. They did absolutely NOTHING other than "talking out feelings". The housing department do not know how to do their jobs!!! This is a serious complaint! I even brought these concerns up to the President of the school, and he did nothing to enforce their rules. The admission department will LIE to you about room placements! Again, I brought these concerns to the President, and he did nothing to correct his employee's mistakes. I was switched to a triple-room set-up despite requesting a double room and also PAYING FOR A DOUBLE ROOM. This school has a serious overcrowding problem. They have bumped rooms only meant as double into triple, making living conditions VERY TIGHT AND UNCOMFORTABLE; students that are placed into the student village are promised a dresser, closet and bed. If you get bumped into a triple-room setting, you will NOT GET ALL OF THE FURNITURE AS PROMISED AND SOMEONE WILL HAVE TO SHARE A BUNK BED. Also, there have been rumors of rat infestations in the houses. The school buildings, rooms and apartments are dirty. There aren't ANY meal plans, so YOU have to buy your own foods! It is expensive! Teachers there do not care about your education! A lot of the lessons can be learnt through Youtube or Skillshare. I had a teacher who kept encouraging to make crafts work that was not on any college-level work, and she wasted class time talking about "feelings" and showing VR. In fact, a lot of these classes waste time talking about "feelings". There aren't any exchange of critical thinking; they spoon-feed you liberal opinions as facts. You will be wasting 41,000 dollars a year learning absolutely nothing, not cafeteria or meal plan, immature students, liberal opinions being shoved down your throat and your safety will not the priority of the school. If you are part of the LGBT community, this is the only positive of this school: it has a HIGH presence of students who identify in that kind of community. Teachers try to practice inclusion of all students, but they do a HORRIBLE job of doing so. Also, for anyone who is a minority, you will experience passive-aggressive behaviors from people from Beverly. If you do not identify being part of that community, are a normal person, sensible, part of the republican and/or independent party and value your education, DO NOT ATTEND THIS SCHOOL AND DON'T COME GO TO THAT TOWN!!!
