So I've held back writing a review for a long time. Thought a lot about it and I really feel like what I have seen, experienced, and witnessed needs to be known. I've been both a employee and student at this college at one of their satellite sites. I've met some incredibly wonderful and smart people and I've some really rude, cunning, manipulative, and evil people.

What I saw as a employee was constant drama and harassment(both mentally, physically, and sexually). I've witnessed an office coordinator and a instructional specialist(they know who they are) making out and having sex on college grounds when they were both "out to lunch", leaving part time staff members to run the building. Office coordinators and other academic staff members constantly blame other innocent employees for their problems and make false claims about teachers behind their back. Whenever even the slightest problem would break out the staff members and office coordinators seriously intimidate, bully, and mentally harass other people. I witnessed that so much. Whenever a teacher or staff members speak out about problems at this school they get fired or transferred to another satellite location. One time I was physically grabbed by an office coordinator (thankfully she isn't with Rio Salado College anymore) and told that I needed to "keep my mouth shut and do as she says" and that I "was hers and I needed to obey her rules or I'd be fired".

I'm not surprised at all by all the drama and allegations surrounding the school and what happened last year. You hire shady people and shady things happen. It's always the students and their learning that suffers. I've witnessed staff members, teachers, and employees bully students and make fun of them behind their backs so much.

However, I have met a few very good people there, but all in all I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone.
