I am attending this school currently for prerequisites for the Nursing program. This is my 4th degree. I have a Bachelors, a Masters, and a PhD. I was switching careers and going into nursing and thus doing their Bachelor's to BSN Program. Every single person that works for this school, every single one, is condescending and very unhelpful. They think they are better than you and refuse to admit when they have made a mistake, and if you bring up problems to the higher levels of the school, they protect the teacher without fail, even when the teacher is completely wrong. I had one professor who it became very very clear she was not a subject matter expert and was working off of old information. She even admitted to not using the most current DSM in who private counseling work. I have taken tests that had upwards of 30 of the total 50 questions that an INCORRECT answer was listed as a correct answer and have had to email the instructor and line by line explain to them where in the book and lecture it talks about this, what the correct answer is, and why they were wrong. I have had to do this in every single class I have taken. I have seen 207 spelling or grammatical errors as a maximum on a 50 question multiple choice test, and these are supposed to be doctorate level people who are experts in their field. DO NOT ATTEND THIS SCHOOL unless you want Catholicism thrown in your face, and you want to deal with professors who are quite literally morons. I know that I am smart, I get that, but I shouldn't be making a college professor look like a 5th grader. |
