This school is an absolute academic joke. The students not the brightest, and from hearing them speak a single sentence of their ebonics and broken grammar, they make you feel pretty uncomfortable. On top of this, most kids here must have some kind of autism. When you look at them and smile, lots of them do this weird thing where they make a weird face almost like they are struggling with something and look down to the floor. The only positives I can think of are the campus with beautiful buildings and new architecture. The 26% 4 year graduation rate should speak for itself. You wonder why that number is so low until you see the type of kids that go to this school- overweight, nose picking, autistic, complaining, ebonics speaking. You just think to yourself- gross. Everyday I ask myself: How did I come to this place? Choosing a scholarship here over NC State was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made in my life. The social life is nonexistent because the kids here are so autistic and can barely hold a normal conversation. The surrounding area is full of ghetto lowlifes with frequent break-ins and robberies. Your much better off going to a community college than coming here because its honestly the same. |
