The first thing I found out about this course was that, if you were in it, the university assumed that you had taken the two lower level courses which precede it.  My first instinct was to run, not walk, to the registrar and drop the course.  Dr.  Wright convinced me that I would be able to make up ground if I would stick it out (I think they probably needed me in there for the class to make)....  At any rate, I decided to hang with it and was soon glad that I did.  Although I started out feeling very much like a lost ball in high weeds, things got better in short order....  I learned more than I thought possible, and now use technology in some form daily in teaching my junior high school classes....  This was the first course that I took upon returning to school to get my Master's degree.  Thanks to Dr Wright's combination of expertise and patience, it got me off to a great start.  Good course made better by an excellent instructor.

This class is well worth the time.  I knew virtually nothing about integrating technology into lesson plans, etc.  prior to taking this course.  I now use technology in some form or fashion several times a week in preparing or presenting lessons for my seventh and eighth grade students.

My first instinct, on finding that I should have had two lower level courses prior to this one, was to immediately drop the course.  Dr.  Wright convinced me that I could rise to the challenge if I hung in there... I think they probably needed me for the class to make.....  Anyway....  She was true to her word and made sure that she touched base with me on a regular basis so that I did not dig myself a hole that I could not climb out of...... good course and an excellent teacher.
