ENGL 853
Overall: D
I was very disappointed in this class because I worked really hard and did all my assignments, but he gave me a horrible grade just on my grammer in my final portfolio(which I had 2 native English speakers proof read for me).  He's not very good with the feedback and he expects you to DO WELL without it.  He also favors certain students and will put his least favorite students in misery.  I had a friend of mine who did not care about the class but got a better grade than me, and this explains a lot that he emphasized more on his own opinion towards to certain students rather than quality of the works.  The first day of the class his poorly made syllabus confused a good number of students, and he did this through out the whole semester by not addressing assignments clearly.  If you are a social speaker and have high level of English, you should have no problem.  Otherwise, I do think this class is a waster of time, and I voiced above statement from my heart.
Should do to do well...
Get alone with him, do works every weeks(but I know some people didn't do it but still had an A)
Should know...
You have to have high level of English(no grammer mistakes allowed), get alone with the teacher well, talk a lot in class
