What is the purpose of it? What purpose does providing the id to the school have? (Someone could lose their license and someone else find it and send the request to the school. How would they know the difference?) If you are interested in attending a regional state university in oklahoma look into southwestern or northeastern instead. Avoid East Central at all costs.
