Facebook is a great site for consumers but absolutely horrible for business. They set up policies and procedures according to their interest, they are very corporate driven (could not care less about the little guy) they are very quick to take your money, or block your site, without any explanation, and whats absolutely mind blowing is they have no customer service, no phone number,no email nothing.
