STUPID conversations over financial aid that isn't issued until 6 weeks into the term....consistently. You can have a CREDIT sitting on your account but if a text was from a prior cycle, they will put a financial hold until you pay that value, increasing your CREDIT. Seriously administratively crippled. Overpriced. For $30K, as a professional returning to school, after 1.5 years in the program, I haven't learned anything yet. Then comes the ?bait and switch.? My transcripts were sent out of state to another advisor that added on ten more credits then made herself unavailable on phone and email. I complained to the administration and they said she was very busy. ?Excuse me? she just added on more classes and more time and money and she is too busy to talk to me! I was given only half credits from another university, ( What makes Indiana University think their classes are better than another college)? and no credits from another. Beware of their books, my had eight chapters missing, I brought this to the attention of Dean Sizemore and was sent another book. Again eight chapters missing, again I brought this to their attention and was told there would be no refund because the E-book and hardback book were combined. Then why send me the damaged book in the first place? They charge fees for the library plus miscellaneous fees, utility fees to keep the lights on in the library. The Free Public Library has the same information ?for free? and they don?t charge fees for utilities. The National Student debt is $1.3 trillion, Indiana Wesleyan provides some of the reasons why the debt is so large, their on the current education ?money train.?

The people working in the FA department will tell you anything to get you off the phone with them rather its true or not. Forgetting the fact that you are dealing with people's livelihood. I am finding it hard to believe that this is even a religious school. If it wasnt for the fact that I would be myself in debt, I would transfer to a community college....thats how bad my experience has been at this school. I would not recommend this school to anyone.
