There are many study groups and support groups to help you be successful. The students all work together and help each other from the very beginning. Everyone is friendly here including the staff and will help you with anything.

The academics are in the top and I am so glad I made the decision to come here. Yes, the surrounding city is not best and not the worst. We have all the favorite resturant chains and some great "local" food.

But what you have to realize is that Rose provides a lot of clubs and extras to do on campus and yes you will study and study hard.

The Good New is you are not only a "Good" Engineering Student, you are a "Great" Engineer when you graduate. You will have a many offers when you graduate because Rose is known and becoming a bigger name in Engineering.

Rose has one of the highest Graduation Rate for Engineering Schools in the country. In addition, is a great school for females you will be treated as an equal, and for Woman has over 90% graduation rate which in Engineering is below 30% in most schools. Outside of the midwest however you pretty much have to tell your prospective employer that Rose-Hulman has been ranked #1 for the last 10 years straight in all engineering majors. Of course the still get confused if you include how that excludes schools that offer PHD's. Overall good experience and you work hard in school so work in the real world is easy in comparison.
