The administration is horrible and very rude. Some of the professors are the same way and not helpful at all. There is always a fight or some type of altercation at any event you go to on campus and it is an unsafe enviroment. The studnts are very lazy and immature.Its just like being in high school with exception that everyone is older. The administration act like they don't want to do their job. I use to dread going to montebello (the administration building) because I didnt feel like dealing with their attitudes. I have never been to an all black school. All the schools I've attended were either mixed or mostly white. So coming to Morgan was culture shock. After two weeks of being here I was ready to transfer. I went to visit another school back in december and fell in love with the campus. The staff at this school were very friendly and told me everything I needed to know which was a big difference from Morgan. I know that most schools put on airs when you are visiting but Morgan was unfriendly when I called them to ask them a few questions a few months before school started. If you are looking for a party school then Morgan is the place for you. If you are looking for a real education and diversity look some where else. I am happy to say that I will not be at Morgan next semester. Professors:
Remember They're Here To Teach You And Help You Learn The Material To Help You Succeed, This Is Not Elementary School They Arent There To Hold Your Hand Every Step Of The Way. The Reason The People That Are Making Negative Comments Are Saying Bad Things About The Prefessors Is Because They Dont Know How To Respect Them Or They Arent Doing Their Work And Blaming The Professor For Their Grades. The Main Thing You Need To Remember : You Have To Give Respect To Get Respect. (Theres A Lot Of Disrespectful Students Here At MSU)***A Lot Of The Professor Will Lock Their Doors So That If Your Late You Cant Get In. So Make Sure You Get There On Time.

MSU Students:
Some Friendly, Some Rude, Some Ratchet (Yes Ratchet) But This Is Not A Fairy Tale. People Come To MSU And Think Everybody Is Going To Be Nice To Them Well, In My Opinion Its Just Like High School. You Got The Whores, Wanna-Be's, Fake Thugs, Friendly People, Back-Stabbers, Etc. But At The End Of The Day You Choose Who You Hang With So Theres No Need To Complain. Since I've Been Here I Seen One Fight And A Lot Of Arguments, Like I Said Before Its Like High School In College ( And I Believe Thats At Any College)

Sports
I Love Our Basketball Team. For The Most Part MSU Has Good Teams Here. ( Football, Basketball, Track , Cheerleading , Etc) I Love Going To The Games. Everyone Has School Spirit ! And Thats The Best Part. Reguardless What Type Of Game It Is Im 110% Sure You Will Have A Good Time Unless You're A StuckUp Person.

Food:
I Think MSU Food Is Like McDonalds, Sometimes Its Good And Sometimes Not So Good. Its Not Horrible Though.

Dorm:
As A Freshmen, The Dorm Situation Is The Worst Part. People Are Real Childish. During Freshmen Week Someone Pulled The Fire Alarm And We Had To Stand Outside For Hours. The Worst You Thing About Dorms: You Have Visitation Times (Which Sucks) Its Not Long Enough Even Though Im Not Going To Have To Worry About It Fall Of 2012 I Still Dont Think They Should Have It. There's Nothing To Do On Campus Honestly So At Least They Can Cut Off Visitation Times , Its Okay During The Warm Weather Because A Lot Of People Are Outside Anyway BUT Noone Really Like To Be Outside At Night On Campus (East Baltimore)At The End Of The Day You Just Have To Deal With It I Guess And Hope Nobody Does Anything To Get Your Visitation Taken Away Cause You'll Really Be Bored. And Reguardless Who Gets In Trouble Everyone In That Dorm Building Gets Visitation Taken Away.

Day|Night Campus:
During The Day, Basically People Are Walking To And From Classes, Nothing Special, But Its Always Fun. I Love MSU Campus (Even With All The Construction Work They're Doing)
During The Night, Make Sure You're Not Walking Alone. Just Be Safe. Its A Open Campus Anybody Can Come On Campus. Theres Always Random People From Baltimore On Campus (Not A Bad Thing Though)But At Night That Includes Little Fake Ass Thugs That Like To Stick People Up. So Be Careful. Not Tryna Scare You Things Like That Doesnt Happen All The Time But Just Make Sure You Walk In A Group At Night. Especially After The Parties.

MSU Is A Wonderful College. It Has Its Good Days And It Has Its Bad Days. But College Life Is What You Make It. Have Fun And Stay Focus , Dont Let Too Much Partying Ruin Your Grades. And DO NOT, I Repeat DO NOT Wait Until The Last Minute To Study For Your Midterm. I Know People Who Failed Because They Waited The Last Minute. If You Pay Attention, DO Your Work, Listen , AND GO TO CLASS You Will Pass.

Not Even Going To Lie, Its Hard To Stay Focus During Your Freshmen Year Because So Much Is Going On : Parties, Games, Meeting New People.
