I transferred from a small university and arrived during the Spring semester.I was placed in Edgewood housing, the first night there the drinking and drug use was unbelievable. While moving in not one person was friendly and there was coffee spilled on the floor I had to walk around while moving heavy boxes. It was never cleaned up. The bathrooms are terrible, there was a girl who puked and it wasn't cleaned up for days. I ended up moving out to and off of campus, I now commute. Parking is also incredibly miserable.

Teachers are terrible at responding to emails, TERRIBLE at using the online campusweb system. Needless to say the good teachers are few and far between. My weakness is math, the math program is so terrible and even the easiest math class has a teacher who stands at the board, does out an equasion, and then does not say a word to explain his work. If you want to get the most of an education, do not come here. Save your money and go to a better school.

Drugs and drinking are incredibly common. Had a girl show up drunk to class twice and has yet to be removed even after the teacher has become aware of her "situation." If you are looking to really learn something then avoid this school. The reality is that they are all corporate butt kissers only concerned with their own standing. I learned more in one semester at CUNY than 3 years at FPC. This school is not worth its huge price. The whole school has this "liberal image' however you will soon learn they are all phoneys and hypocrites. These are the most selfish and uncaring people I have ever come across yet they put this "liberal" image on and it is quite disgusting. As for all the side issues such as the Nazi Police and them trying to squeeze every last dollar out of you yes that is true and another huge reason to avoid this place like the plague. Half of the professors I have had don't even know how to run their class or teach. My high school teachers were smarter. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. The caf food sucks. The gym sucks. You don't get anything for what you pay to go here, not even a challenging class. 3/4 of the freshman I have talked to hate it here too and want to transfer. A bunch have already transferred after the 1st semester. I wanted to, but didn't feel there was enough time to get the paper work done. This place is just overall a shit hole. Oh, and don't leave your laundry for one second it will either be stolen or thrown all over the floor. I feel sorry for any incoming freshman. I understand now why they are going bankrupt. 70% of the freshman transfer out cause it is so awful and the staff that tell you it is great are just a bunch of liars and get paid to lie to you!
