The professors, with very few exception, were lazy. Discussions of how to actually gain entry to the field (ie internships) were rare despite it being virtually mandatory for the field. I think of my class, maybe 2 of 15 actually work in the animation field currently and not necessarily in creative roles. - after taking the summer classes I was further behind because I was still a first year in my new major and ended up skipping classes that I had only 2 weeks of practice and knowledge in from the summer
